Muztaza Mohamad (FCMA) CA(M) SSA
Tuan Haji Muztaza bin Haji Mohamad is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA) and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a non-commission officer of the Malaysian Army.

He has been working since 1977 as a cost management accountant in Syarikat Jengka Sdn Bhd an integrated timber complex funded by the World Bank.

Later he joined Shah Alam Properties, an established property development company and moved up the corporate ladder and become the Project Controller.

In 1984 he left Shah Alam Properties and started Fairview Development Sdn Bhd. and later Fairview Group of Companies.

Abdul Monir bin Haji Awang Isa
Haji Abdul Monir bin Haji Awang Isa started off his career as Private Secretary to the Y.A.B. Menteri Besar, Selangor in 1969.

In 1974 he was the Deputy State Financial Officer, Selangor and then promoted to become the Assistant State Secretary, Selangor (Administration and Finance).

In 1979 he moved to Sepang district as the District Officer, Sepang, Selangor, Yang Dipertua of Majlis Daerah Sepang, Selangor.

He joined INTAN (Institute Tadbiran Awam Negara) in 1982 for a year to do a course in Management Science and moved to the Federal as the Head of Management Services Unit, Ministry of Public Enterprise.

In 1984 he left the government service and joined private sector.

Yap Yoon Soong
Yap Yoon Soong graduated from National Taiwan University in Civil Engineering.

He has been working in construction business since 1980. He started with AK Construction Sdn Bhd as an Engineer. Over the years he has been involved in multi million construction projects with clients from different background.

He joined Fairview Group in 1989 as Project Manager. He was involved in many civil and structure construction projects with the group and all projects undertaken were successful and completed on time. He was promoted as the Executive Director for Fairview Engineering in 2000 until now.

Janet Ng Lay Ngor
Janet Ng Lay Ngor graduated from University Malaya and started her career in corrugated cartom industry in 1988.

Her vast experience and education background enabled her to rise up the corporate ladder. In 1993 she was appointed as the Branch Manager for Interstate Packages Sdn Bhd.

She joined Fairview Group in 1993 as the Marketing Manager. She was promoted as the Marketing Director for Fairview Industries Sdn Bhd in 1996 and later promoted as the Executive Director until now.

Dzulkeflee bin Khairuddin, BSc(Hons) ACMA
GROUP GENERAL MANAGER
Dzulkeflee bin Khairuddin graduated from University of East Anglia UK in Accounting. He is also a member of the Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA) UK.

He started his first working carrier as an auditor in the UK in 1995. Prior to his appointment as the Group General Manager he was the Head of Property Division of the Group.

He has been involved in corporate strategic management and operations in the group. His expertise is in corporate budgeting and performance, corporate management, finance, strategic risks, legal, HR and ICT.

Currently he is managing the group business development and strategic management.

Yusrenawati binti Mohd Yusof
HEAD GROUP CORPORATE SERVICE
Yusrenawati binti Mohd Yusof graduated from University Technology Mara (Uitm) Shah Alam in Accounting.

She was previously engaged with Maritime, Oil and Gas Consultant company. She also has experience dealing in advertising and construction companies′ accounts.

She has been with Fairview Group of Companies since 2007 and is currently heading the Group Corporate Service Division.
